Prior experience with Celebrity and wanted to visit Alaska. Upon arrival and entering our cabin, we found a fowl odor in our bathroom for our entire trip. No pen and paper in room. Lights in bathroom were burned out as well as lights under draperies. Food in Blu was unacceptable. Guest services were not knowledgeable and provided incorrect information. The hostess in Oceanview Cafe told us we could not make a reservation but upon arrival for dinner there were 2 lines, one for those that had reservations and one for those that did not.

We lost an item on the ship and visited guest services several times. We even called one time and were told that the item was returned. We went to guest services to get it and were told it was not there. Only upon our insistence that they recheck since we were already told it was there, did they look and find it.

Food in Qsine and service was fabulous. Band and shows were also fabulous
