We booked this cruise for our honeymoon, and we expected it to be fun, but the negative overshadowed the positives on this trip. We carried our own luggage on, and used the only available elevator to get to deck 12. We waited while other people crowded the elevator going to rooms 4-9 which, I understand, a lot of people are on the ship. Although maybe this elevator should only be available for people who have to use it to get to their floor. They are balcony rooms. Many complained about late bags, but I guess we lucked out and carried them on ourselves. We got to the room and used the bathroom to find the toilets not working. I picked up the phone and pressed the button for guest services. I awaited the prompt. Press 1 for maintenance. Then I waited for about an hour and no response. We finally just hung around the room until they kicked us out of the room for the muster station. We informed them of the problem. We went to the muster station, and came back to the happy anniversary decoration removed from our door ( but other people had theirs on their door for birthdays and other events).

We had no idea about pretty much anything on the cruise, so we just roamed around and missed the first day of events. I flipped through the TV to just find a safety video that played 24/7. There was a lot of things that lack information, its probably an attempt to save them money.

My brother informed us that we would have an item waiting for us at our room. We didn't have a cake waiting for us as he mentioned. It turns out that we received our frozen cake at dinner. He also got us a cheese platter, which we had to order upon request. I proceeded to call room service 3 times a day at random times on 3 different days. I dialed the number, pressed the speed dial button, and tried adding 8001 and 8002. No signal or busy. We never received a card to get room service delivered in the morning.
