This was our first cruise so we weren't sure what to expect. We had always wanted to go to Belize and Mexico so the Western Caribbean was the right one for us. The only thing that made this a 4/5 vs a 5/5 was a Customer Service issue i had with NCL, not the cruise specifically.

For starters, any first time cruisers need to get on Cruise Critic and NCL.com and read all that you can to get tips for first time Cruisers. The boards are very helpful.

When we booked we decided for our first cruise we would get a balcony. Never used it as it was too humid, and i got a bit of motion sickness if we left the curtains open while moving.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BD

Not as small as we were expecting based on other reviews. More storage space than we expected as well. The beds are comfortable, but not what you would get in a good hotel

Port Reviews

Miami

We did spend a night in South Beach and enjoyed it.

Cozumel

Did our shopping at this port. The shop owners are trying to get you into there stores but not overly pushy. Good deals if you negotiate.
