We've been on seven cruises, including this cruise - five Carnival and one Celebrity. I expected much more from Princess - they're supposed to be top of the line. The food selection was poor. If you don't like fish, you options are limited. The best meal we had was in one of the specialty restaurants, which we had to pay for. The excursions were very disorganized and expensive. I would not recommend the tour to Buchart Gardens in Victoria, it is NOT worth the price and very disappointing. The only excursion I would recommend is whale watching in Juneau. Our room was very nice, but service was terrible. We had a balcony room and we asked our room steward if he could get us a blanket so we could sit out at night. He told us they were available by the pool and we'd have to get it ourselves We were not able to find one. On other cruiselines, the stewards would do anything you asked them to do. The entertainment in the Piazza was very good, but the room was not large enough to accommodate a lot of people. There were some very friendly workers, but for the most part they were all indifferent to us. We would not take another Princess cruise!!!!!

Cabin Review

Cabin Baha

The room was nice, loved the balcony. The only problem we had with the room was the steward. Our room was never completely cleaned. Dirty glasses were left in the room for two days. We asked him if we could have a blanket to sit out on the balcony and he told us we'd have to go get it ourselves.
