Oceania fouled up their shore operations again. Shuttles into Bilbao from ship around lunchtime were on a 40 minute to one hour schedule. We left our stateroom with sufficient time to debark, walk to the terminal and catch a shuttle. We were not informed that the gangway was being moved and we were held up for about ten minutes while the gangway was shifted to to tides. We missed the shuttle by 5 minutes. Next bus . . . 40 minutes later. We love the way they handle their on-ship operations but feel that they need to greatly improve everything about ground services.

The food is superb. Waves grill has delicious lobster and steak surf and turf at lunchtime. the four specialty restaurants are each well worth dining at.

Service for all ship based activities is top notch. Staff is as good as one could find anywhere.
