The ship is just amazing, beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had a balcony cabin and it was surprisingly roomy and very nicely decorated. I would rate the cabins and the steward service the same as 4star hotel at least. The service on-board is excellent, all staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was great and there were lots of different pool areas and you were always able to get a sunbed. The only problem with the pool area was that the adults only Zen pool was full of kids. The various bars on board were great, our favourite was the Gaudi bar on deck 15, was lovely having a cocktail or two when the sun went down. Overall the food was great, but the only disappointment was the quality and choice of the food during the 'sit down' dinner as this was a bit hit and miss. The food at dinner was better at the buffet restaurant. The buffet restaurant did tend to get very busy at peak times, but you were always able to find a table especially away from the food stations. Despite the niggles I would definitely cruise with MSC again.
