We had friends and family who had used the Jewel and decided to try it. It was excellent in every way and highly recommend it to anyone. The crew were beyond friendly, helpful and entertaining. The food was awesome. We ate the buffet a lot because there was always so much to choose from and each night a different specialty. The specialty restaurants were also awesome. Great food and service there as well.

The entertainment on ship was excellent and there was so much to do and watch from karaoke, bingo, casino, shopping on board, spa, special theater shows and it goes on and on. It is a must do if only once but after this trip we will definitely do it again. Would love to see Alaska again and maybe go to different ports next time but the ones we went to were worth seeing again. Sept was a great time to go as the shops in Alaska are closing for the season and everything was 70% off which made shopping even more fun.

The cabin was clean and neat all the time. They cleaned and made up the room in the morning and in the evening they turned the bedding down and placed next days schedule of events and fliers along with a towel animal on your bed. Having a room with a window was also great and would do that again or maybe next time a balcony.

Cabin OB

The cabin was extremely clean and service was awesome. From cleaning in the morning to turning back the bedding and placing an adorable towel animal on your bed with next days agenda the cabin and crew were outstanding. Bathrooms were always kept clean and linens changed daily.
