A horrible experience with hospitality and poor customer service

Ship- they allowed ppl to board ship at 12:30 pm...rooms not available until 1:30 pm, all machines were down and not operating, food was just getting ready and no organization what so ever. They, staff, appeared to be very unprepared for people to board.

Organization- there is absolutely no organization on the cruise. For example, if you start in a buffet line and get to the end, you'll find out you're only at one part of it and will be told to go to the end of the other line for the rest of the food. There was no signs directing the mass crowds of lines. This was a continued problem on the entire ship when having events. There was a lot of confusion amongst cruisers on where to go, where to stand, where to line up, how the process is being handled.

Guest Services- There only employ up to 3 staff members at the most which is very ridiculous for a 5 night cruise of this magnitude. There were at times, almost chaos, when platinum members would "jump" the line and get ahead. Carnival had no separate, definitive line for these members to get ahead of people, so they would often just bombard the service counters. It caused great anger and confusion with people.

Cabin Review


First walked until cabin everything was ncie until we get to the bathroom- smelt like pure sewwage..imeediately reported in the steward would stated she would bleach it...she did smell still thwere call supervisor and he denies any smell then the same steward then denies the smell they she previously tried to get rid of too...we complain guest services provides room r94. A room that was severely damaged with cracks, dirty showerhead, hole in floor that was taped, chiped sink and they didnt even properly set it up for 2 guests. We waited over 3 hrs for the "new" room and was told if we didnt like it we could get another one..when we did that, guest services denied giving us another room stating thats all they would offer..even though they said if we dont like it they would find another one.
