Ship is beautiful, this is our 6th time on this ship, some of the staff was disappointing, some made us feel they were doing us a favor by helping us, pleasant positive staff was rare. We felt something was different in the atmosphere for this cruise, not as positive as in the previous ones. We still had an overall nice cruise, I rated it poor because we feel it wasn't the usual upbeat experience we usually have, but 1 disappointing cruise out of many does not put us off the RCCL product ...... not yet. Next up is Harmony on 12/3/16. Can't wait!

We dIdn't care for new dining room menus but maybe we chose the wrong things. I think they are getting the kinks still out, food was served barely warm. In our immediate area the staff seemed stressed and unorganized. I never got a glass of wine I ordered one night so I started bringing my own into the dining room.

Nadine our stateroom attendant was superior in every way, we truly enjoyed her positive greetings and happy attitude. Andrew from India in the Globe and Atlas was another wonderful server, no matter where and when he saw us he cheerfully greeted us by name.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

This is a great cabin, but being in the aft, walking from stateroom and back again to Park Cafe is 1/4 mile. Lots of steps, I loved it, maybe some would not.

Our safe broke during the week and was difficult to get fixed as we had to be present and we didn't just want to wait and wanted a definite time to meet someone there. We managed to finally get it done after Nadine gave us a good number to call direct. The room ran warm, we needed to keep the drapes pulled to keep it cool.

I didn't care that the night tables didn't have any drawers but were double stacked shelves. Everything sat out in the open and things were knocked down easily.
