We thought this was a very good cruise, but must admit it is my first cruise so I can’t make comparisons. We were apprehensive because of all the bad reviews, but this was not our experience.

Boarding & disembarking - yes there were queues but plenty of staff and all went smoothly, no different to airports and I don’t mind all the security. Since they were boarding over 2000 passengers you can’t avoid waiting. On hot days they had canopies erected to give shade and offered cool drinks of water.

Staff – lots of reviews say the staff were rude – in our experience definitely not, they were all helpful and courteous, especially our dinner waiter Oscar who was excellent. Read more
