Sirena is not the quality of other Oceania ships. Still good but not as good. The quality of the ship is not the same. A lot of broken things, the lights in Red Ginger would not dim correctly - bright or very dim, ice cream machine in buffet was broken, two washer/dryer machines were not working, etc. Still very good compared to other cruise lines but not up to the Oceania standard. Several shore excursions were cancelled - one's we went on were good. We were not as satisfied with our cabin as in the past as it did not seem the same quality. TV when we used it was pitiful.
As for the cruise, Albania is an absolutely wasted stop. It is poor and there is very little to see.
The captain said that they focused on food, service and their staff. I agree with this as the service was excellent as usual and for the most part the food was superb. Looking at what is happening with Oceania, it feels like the company management is trying to have their staff make up for poor bean counter decisions at corporate headquarters. This needs to stop if Oceania is going to continue to be an excellent cruise line.
