Thought it would be a lot different !someone forgot to tell me it was a geriatric paradise tour, I did meet a lot of lovely people but organised daily programs were not for me! Ship is filthy ,food very good, entertainment very poor quality,cabins are disgusting & old fashioned, beds have passed due by dates & haven't been refurbed since sea princess was launched, missed a lot of ports & others we stopped at mostly berthed in working ports. Customer service is not what it should be,they are supposed to help the customer not swing it back to princess ways. Felt like your controlled by princess & should be enjoying a fabulous holiday which I thought it would be! I feel very ripped off by the price of cruise after speaking with other passengers ,some who had paid very little.i doubt very much I would ever consider princess again.over bitterly disappointed by my whole experience . I could have used my $66,588.00 ( yes that is the money I paid )in so many other places, & had a much nicer time. The crew & staff were very hospitable but again the money I paid I think it should have been 5 Starr class but no it doesn't even rate 1 Starr .sorry to be so negative but that was a really bad experience .
