We chose MSC for a special birthday for my husband, also taking along as a surprise our grown up children & their partners on our 10th & there 1st cruise. We were all very excited and hoping for a truely lovely special cruise with us all together. How wrong we were. It was a great disappointment. I can honestly say that our children were put of cruising completely. Staff didnt make sm talk or engage in conversation at all. (with a few exceptions) this we found very unusual & strange. In a lot of cases staff just ignored you or were dam right rude.

We had a cabins on deck 12, 11 & 8. 2 with balconies & 1 inside, all on fantastica & drinks package. Rooms clean & a standard size for cruises. the bathroom had a decent size shower & plenty of storage.

The ship is beautifull, stunning staircase, clean & very large (not enough staff for size) Staff do not smile or friendly. I can count on one hand those that were the exception. I would personally like to thank them for all the hard work they do. There are plenty of bars, however at busy times & sea days dont expect to be served. Not once in a week in the buffet were we asked if we would like a drink.
