The Gem is really a beautiful boat especially on the inside. I heard that it had been recently renovated and it basically looked brand new. Each dining experience was unique and I thought that the food quality was excellent. Cagneys was by far our favorite dining experience. Amazing steaks and accompaniments.

There's a friendly bar at each turn on the boat! The Irish pub venue is really a hidden high point for a casual lunch, dinner, or snack. Rarely crowded with a sports bar type of atmosphere.

The cruise entertainment was better than I expected! The cast had great voices and I especially enjoyed the 70's themed show.

Close to elevators. Small room yet plenty of storage space and lots of hangers. Comfortable bed and pillows. Yes, you can hear the tender boats being let down to the water on days that they are needed (early in the morning!)
