This is my 12th cruise and at 1st I thought it was just me but wow, I could have just copied and pasted the negatives that others have already touched on.
1. The kids omg, they were everywhere including serenity. They were loud, obnoxious and the teens drinking . I'm black so I like hip hop but come on, its a cruise I don't need to hear it blasting everywhere. I now hate the name Marco Polo. I will never book a cruise when kids out of school
2 My room was dirty(sheets, carpet, towels), there was a lot of rust and my mini fridge did not work

San Juan is a waste of time, and especially on a Sunday. I wish they would build a port at a different location on the island
