Wanted to see Alaska ,Hubbard glacier and inside passage. The boat was 'tired' in need of a refit and painting, everything including a cappuccino was an extra, unless you took out a drinks package a bottle of beer could cost as much as $11!!.On free wifi only a package for $249 for week! The buffet ocean view was like a permanent bun fight and food often lukewarm. If you chose to eat other than your elected restaurant the cost of meal extra with no allowance offset.Disembarkation at two of three stopoffs was a disaster sent to wrong decks and told to wait standing for twenty minutes hot and uncomfortable. The shows were good but too loud,a lot of people complained only to be told that the sound could not be adjusted!? a holiday maker who was a sound engineer told them that was untrue did not go down well!!! Staff in the restaurants were generally good but the odd one was offhand and aggressive in particular two women from Ukraine who clearly thought they were too good to be dealing with mere mortals.

The ocean lecturer called Chelsea was superb and drew the biggest audiences.

The cruise entertainer was loud overconfident and would have been more at home in a holiday camp like Butlins or Disneyworld his banter so banal.Question whether he can ever pass a mirror or shined surface so VAIN.
