we would not recommend the food or service. the ship was covered in ramps, which made it impossible for my wheelchair to get over. the dining was terrible, if you has salad it was ok, if you had a hot dinner it was cold. my cabin was not wheelchair friendly and the banging was terrible. we only went to the casino and we did find some excellant staff. the port and shore excursions was for able bodies person, not wheelchair bound. disembarkation what a farce, the time was no good, if they went good for them, if wheelchair guests were told to meet on la prua but we needed see anybody, we went alone but had to queue with disembarkation and staying on the ship people. we did not travel with children, good good really. I recommend anybody wishing to do these trips find another company. it was nice a get home

didnt find the bathroom very safe for a disabled person having to step into the shower to use the toilet. there was a constant banging in the room while we were at sea. the mini bar was locked 24hrs before we left. getting around the ship was not easy as the floor levels are uneven with ramps that are not easy to get a push chair over. if you didnt take care you would tip the person out of the wheelchair and the staff only helped once in getting on or off the ship all in all we had the worst time on a ship and would not use msc again.
