I booked this cruise because we were on the phone with carnival and the woman was trying to convince us to buy the insurance. At the time we declined she said the last room just sold out. I have always enjoyed carnival cruises. So we changed our sail date to a week earlier with Norwegian.

The room was well kept. No problem there. The bathrooms near the pool smelled like urine. Very bad. The pool was way over crowded. Like sardines.

The dining options were extra. Not an option. The food in the Tropicana room was okay. The food at the buffet was horrible!!! Usually, people gain weight on a cruise. Not here. It was slop. The same food was served over and over disguised as something else. I mostly ate salad, soup, and fruit. On carnival, they offered surf and turf and as many as you wanted.
