Cabin: Balcony

Main reason we choose Spirit is due to the ports! And the timing as well. We were not flexible with time and the Spirit timing fits perfectly. This is our first cruise so we can't compare ncl with other cruises.

Special shout out to the staffs. Every staff we bump into always greet us with a huge smile. The embarkation and disembarking is also very smooth. However, the food do not really suit us. Most of it are too salty for our liking. We later found out probably this is due to some countries having their food more salty than the others.

As for the entertainment, the shows are nice and don't miss Elements! We love it so much! However, we didn't get to try the hot tubs as its always filled with people.

Cabin Review

Cabin BX

We booked a guaranteed balcony. The price was similar as a inside cabin as we can't pick our own balcony cabin. But we figured, what could possibly go wrong with a balcony room. It was the best decision and risk that we took. We love having the balcony to just relax, away from the crowd. The room is of decent size, bath room is ok too.

Port Reviews

Just a relaxing day for us so we didn't plan any excursions.

Its a huge port. We took the train to the port and there is still some walking required to reach the ship.

Its a nice town. Just walk around to the windmills and little venice. If you are lucky as we were, you will see a pelican too!
