Overall we had a great experience with Celebrity cruise. All the staff was very helpful and friendly, our room attendant (Alfred) was exceptionally helpful. The aqua class room was very comfortable for 10 days we were on board. There entertainment was excellent, we truly looked forward to the evening entertainment. Sue is an excellent cruise director and connects well with everyone. The ship layout was very beautiful and easy to get around. The food was okay not the best. The service in the Blu restaurant was a little slow, so we got used to going there a little early if we wanted to go to the show. The restaurants that were charging we felt were a bit expensive, for the food that was served. The package for photographs was a great deal. All the excursions we took were great. We would have had a 4 star experience if only at the end they would have been more helpful in returning the jacket we left behind in our closet, which was worth over $2,000. The customer service was not very helpful for lost and found, we were told, they would reach out to us in 48 hours several times but not once did we get a callback from celebrity cruise customer service. We did not get any email response on inquiry and had to call to address our issue several times and therefore we were very disappointed to lose such a valuable item, especially when we know we left the jacket in the closet of our room.
Furthermore, the site has no reference on disease control on lost and found items.
