We have about 20 cruises on Royal Caribbean and are Diamond members. This was our fourth cruise on Voyager class ships including the Majesty, Monarch, etc.plus we have been on the Oasis, Allure and Freedom..to name a few.
It is sad to say the Majesty is showing her age. Our outside cabin was 4556 and in a word, it was tiny..especially the toilet/shower area. Our aldult daughters were in 4558. If you are a large person (over 230 lbs) you will have a problem using the toilet. I guess we have been spoiled by the large accommodations of the Oasis class ships.
On the positive side, the food was delicious and the service staff was excellent. On the negative side our room attendant must have just hired on because he was sadly lacking information we requested. As Diamond members we are entitled to certain perks but this information was not to be found anywhere in our cabin. Our attendant told us the bottle of wine in our room was not complimentary when in fact it was. We also discovered the next day when we went to guest relations that Diamond members were entitled to three free drinks a day...drinks that we missed out on the first day. That being said, the perks provided to Diamond members were excellent...free one day Wifi, the drinks, a free photo and other discounts.
Easy to access port and parking is directly across from the entrance. The cost to park for a three night cruise was an outrageous $64..a major ripoff.
