There is so many things but I'll list some of them. First hire better chefs so the food can taste better and have more varieties. You need to add more activities dancing and such. Let the manager of the beauty place that is not nice to do secret drawing because he just got whoever he wanted and we spent a lot of money with them. Also do not keep changing your mattresses they are hard as a rock. Stop buying pillows $3.99 pillows from Walmart. Your loyalty rewards are horrible we couldn't even use them because nobody knows what they're doing. And please bring back liquid soap your Dollar Tree soap are horrible and they fall thru the crack of the holder and it's hard to make lather out of them. It has been 5 years since I last traveled with you and you have changed for the worst. It was a horrible vacation. I have been in more than 15 cruises and one of the thing you look forward to is having a great night sleep on the beds and that was not the case for sure. Carnival and NCL were better. This is coming from someone that has an Emerald status with Royal Caribbean.

Cabin Review

Boardwalk View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin B1

Again the mattress was hard as a rock. They kept telling us that they're replacing all the mattresses and they don't have any more memory foam toppers. The pillows were flat. They no longer have liquid soap. The soap is tiny and you can't make lather out of it for much that you try. The room keeper tried hard and she was able to get something to help it after 3 days of bad sleep.

Port Reviews

Labadee

All the activities cost money and they are very expensive. Food the only thing free was bad and raw.
