It has been 5 years since I last traveled with you and you have changed for the worst. It was a horrible vacation. I have been in more than 15 cruises and one of the thing you look forward to is having a great night sleep on the beds and that was not the case for sure. Carnival and NCL were better. This is coming from someone that has an Emerald status with Royal Caribbean.
