We chose this Cruise because of the itenerary. We stayed one night in Venice. The hotel was lovely, right on the Grand Canal. The Santa Chiara. Embarkation was very good. Our cabin was good, especialy the shower cubicle, very good size. The food, staff and entertainment were all very good. On the down side drinks were very expensive!!! Thank goodness we had the drinks package. Excursions too were very pricey. We did most things on our own. It was relatively easy to do in the ports of call on this cruise. We didn't understand why on this cruise the sail away times were quite early, I.e. 5pm or 7pm. Could have done with more time in some ports, especially Rome, Florence and Dubrovnik. I was surprised to learn that we had to be off the ship at 7am on the morning of our disembarkation in Barcelona. Our flight was at 11.50 so quite a long wait at airport. People with flights after 4pm had to be off the ship by 8.30am. If I had known this beforehand would probably have booked an overnight stay in Barcelona. Overall this was a great cruise and would sail with NCL again.

Roomy cabin, especially shower cubicle. Cabin steward was very good. Not too intrusive and lovely towel animals every night.
