We always arrive early. Our Hotel- Antony Palace Has a shuttle to cruise terminal for 7 Euros pp. We have a Haven suite and stayed in a VIP waiting area. We boarded first and were on the ship at 11:30am. We went straight to lunch at Cagney for suite and Haven guests. At noon I booked my excursions on NCL; only because first time visiting Greek islands. We were able to have access to our stateroom at 1 pm; next to Haven courtyard. We were lucky to be next to courtyard, small pool, Hot tub, sauna and two exercise machines with a small TV. We always had cold water, orange juice and M&M's and gummy bears. The week on the cruise, there were the same guests, never over whelmed with guests. Always had use of lounge chairs. When I booked , we received Ultimate Dining Package and Beverage Package. We did not, for the first time , dine in MDR. We had seven nights of Speciality dining; 3 Cagney, 2 Le Bistro and 2 Le Cucina. Trippinyaki and Modurno are great but not this time. We are Platinum guests and receive two meals and wine. So we could have extra main course at Le Bistro and Le Cucina. The bill for three was about $90USD each night but we paid NOTHING because of package. If we ordered a drink, we paid ONLY the tip. Our room was H4, very spacious with a full bathroom and guest bathroom with own door; two bedroom suite. Although balcony small, with two chairs and table, the master bathroom was huge. A bath tub, shower, long counter with two sinks. The bathroom included a long closet, lots of room for clothes. The sitting area was large; we had three TV's.The service and food in Speciality restaurants were very good. The excursions we choice in Corfu, Mykonos and Olympia were great. We good have chosen private but we wanted assurance we would return to ship on time; plus we had $ 300USD in OBC. We ate a few times at the buffet, good selections and we found the food to be very good for a buffet. The ship was always clean except for the lazy slobs( guests ) who had to make the service staff clean up after these slobs. Some guests refused to have hands sanitized before entering buffet; that's how we end up with Novo virus. We had that in a recent past cruise; we were refused entry to one port because we had dozens of cases. The speed of the internet was terrible, even in port. I was up most mornings at 5 am, the speed was a little better. The morning we left, I had 25 minutes left to use. The internet was down. I went to Guest services, they called internet manager and received back $ 15 USD.The shows were okay, we have seen most in past 15 plus cruises with Ncl. Our Concierge- Omar was very good but our Butler at most times was annoying; especially to my wife and friend. The butler might be good for first time guests in suites but we have over 30 cruises each and found him annoying. He visited us the last night and morning we were leaving; most likely looking for an extra tip. He did his job , no more. We received snacks in our suite in the afternoon. Over all the cruise was great. The first time on Jade were in a suite but this time were in a Haven suite; much better with all our perks.

Cabin Review

Courtyard Villa with Balcony

Cabin H4

The stateroom was spacious with lots of storage room. The master bathroom was huge with shower and bath tub. Long sink area with two sinks. Balcony not big because of bathroom. We did not care We were next to Haven courtyard , which was never full of guests and we had aces to sun deck. We had so much room to store our clothes, we did not use all the space; we were three in stateroom. Our friend had own room with bath room and door for privacy. We had three TV's with two vcr's; we good get DVD's.

Port Reviews

Venice

We arrived two days before. We stayed in Antony Palace Hotel, not in Venice, great hotel. We took shuttle from Hotel to Venice; 7 Euros each, one way. We walked around Venice for a couple hours. Gelato there is great. We took the train back to hotel, 2.55Euros pp, fast and efficient. The walk back to Hotel is 15-20 minutes. We could have reserved shuttle back but did not know exactly when we would return. The train service was up to 23:11 pm back to Hotel.

Santorini

we walked around. Had gelato, great. Took cable car up, wife and friend nervous- ride 2.5 minutes. I walked down going back to ship.
