I chose this cruise because of the itinerary and the fact that NCL is pitching to us the SOLO cruisers. Got a pretty good deal. They had a Solo get together daily except Sea Days. They had to move the meeting place, because there were so many of us. Thank you Pascual for making us feel special.

I love the ship. It's smaller than most of the ships I have been on. Never felt crowded. The staff was always helpful. I tried a few specialty restaurants, CAGNY's, TEPPANYAKI, AND LE BISTRO. They were all very good. The Champagne Bar, was my favorite. A great staff of Mixologist and good service. The main dining room WINDOWS and THE GARDEN, were very nice, ate breakfast, lunch and Dinner there. The food at dinner was average to above average. I prefer Traditional Dining, however do to the SOLO program on board I never had to eat alone. My room Steward was outstanding.

I did DIY for KOTOR and DUBROVNIK ( substitutes for Istanbul and Ephesus). The remaining port of calls I had Private Excursions arranged through our ROLL CALL. We did Athens with Georges Taxi, our guide Popi was outstanding. I am simply amazed how educated the tour guides are here in Europe. In Mykonos a group of six, hired a Yacht/sailboat. It was glorious, I believe it was ARTEMIS Yacht tours. Our next Excursion was with Rudy'S Limo, we visited Sorrento, Positaino and Pompeii. If your going to Pompeii hire a guide. They give you so much information you would not getotherwise. Read more
