I went on the Carnival Elation to the Bahamas. The staff was great. Everyone was happy to assist you. In relation to the buffet on the 10th floor, I had a major issue with the food and the waste of it. I don't eat pork, so there was no meat for breakfast that my brother and I could eat. The grits were runny, the scrambled eggs had to much water in the container, the boiled eggs weren't boiled completely, and the waffles were just awful. I couldn't even have cereal because I'm lactose and there wasn't any lactose milk available for me. For lunch if you can eat a burger and fries, cold cut sandwich, or pizza every day you'll be ok. Otherwise Lunch was a hit and miss too.

The 6pm organized fine dining was excellent!!!

I feel like families with children under 16 should be placed on the same floor and same hallway. Some People go on vacation to relax and get away from their kids. Not to have to hear kids running up and down the halls yelling and playing. There was french fries thrown down our hallway one day. Two days later there was scrambled egg burritos smashed and thrown on the floor. I came from entertainment one night and two kids were laying in the hallway while another was banging on the walls.

The cabin had clean towels and linen in place. We had to request that the beds be separated since we ordered a double suite. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly. We had mold growing around the base of our shower. There was dried up soap and water stains in and around our sink. We pointed the two problems out and the housekeeping said they would take care of it. I check my family members room next door and their bathroom was clean, no mold. We returned later that evening and it remained the same. I had to clean the sink myself and request again for them to remove the mold. It never came completely off.
