We chose this cruise for the ship which was beautiful but we did not like the concept. We had the Grand Suite so the boarding process was fine. We arrived early so we waited about an hour to board (around 11:00). Went straight to Cafe 270 for lunch which was good. We do not like the Dynamic Dining. They messed up our dining time so that threw everything off. We had to reschedule all our restaurants (complimentary). The wait staff and crew just did what they had to do. No friendly interaction or personality. Our cabin steward was awful. Our cabin was not clean and we pointed that out to him and he had an attitude right from the start. I think Royal Caribbean ruined the staff when they started automatically adding the gratuity to the bill everyday. The staff know they are going to get paid no matter what so they don't care or give personal service anymore. The food is average at best. The shows ok. Oh and we went through the hurricane on 9/4, Hermine. We enjoyed Bermuda and the catamaran sunset sail that we booked with Viator. When we cruise again we will go back to the Oasis class or smaller.
