We chose this cruise because of the dates/location. We had a group of 18 and a great time was had by all. It had the friendliest captain I've ever seen! The staff was also just as friendly! It made for a great trip. Also, we have been up here about 20 times and this was the calmest seas ever! Also, Northern Lights appeared three nights in a row. The captain was nice enough to notify the ship (in our staterooms) of the NLs, so that was an additional treat! No one complained! The food was good, and the Crown grill was great. We had wonderful service in there. Everyone was happy with their meals as well. The educational presentations were good as always. The entertainment was great as well. The comedian was exceptional. The dance entertainment was most enthusiastic. the jewel of the trip was Moses. He was the Matre D. Not sure if he was a jr. matre d or the big dog but he was the best!!!
