Lone Traveller to Russia

Attended Travel/Cruise Show Ex Cel London January 2016 was impressed by both the stand and the sales representative. 'Newbie' cruiser and lone traveller.

Found the both the ship and the staff to be wonderful (note nothing to compare with being my first!)

Cabin excellent and daily housekeeper wonderful everything replenished if when required

The dining service was excellent at all meal times, mentioned what I believed to be a very average quality of orange juice at breakfast. Once mentioned freshly squeezed provided every day (well impressed)

Evening entertainment good and ample additional activities i.e. Russian lessons, cookery class, vodka tasting.

Service provided by Senior Crew i.e Hotel Manager, Tour Director, Maitre d' hotel all exemplary.

Ports and shore excursions good if somewhat tiring at times particularly at the beginning (Moscow traffic not helping). Also at the end of the cruise very 'full on' to ensure excursions both included and additional had been covered.

If you want a restful and relaxing cruise this is NOT it and I in no way convey that in a derogatory manner
