Just returned from a 11 night cruise to PNG onboard the Pacific Jewel in cabin 10247. We have been on quite a few different ships from various cruise lines and I must say that we do not nitpick about very minor problems but take notice of the larger ones. Our overall rating for this being our first P & O cruise would be a generous 4 / 10.

The Good.

Embarkation and dis-embarkation was a lot smoother than anticipated as it all went very well with no major delays. People must remember that 2000+ generally want to get on and off at the same time, so some delays are inevitable. Read more
