Beautiful scenery, dirty, filthy glass/plastic in public areas. Brought it to NCL Staff attention, never cleaned in TWO WEEKS. Just horrible. Only place I got good pictures from the ship was from my balcony. Food quality was spotty, some good, some horrible. Word spread fast among the guests as to which was good and which was horrible. Service also quite spotty. Some wonderful, others horrible. Many staff flatly rude. Many staff not understandable. Ship board announcements not understandable outside at all. Sounded like a bad take-out order box. Dinner took anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, depending on service. Best place to eat - Le Bistro. Cagney's really let me down, big time. Could not eat the food at all. At least they didn't charge it against my specialty dining package. Food in the buffet was mediocre at best. Cabin and steward were WONDERFUL. Cruise was enjoyable because of the scenery and the people I met on board. Guest Services staff very helpful when I needed assistance (stateroom key stopped working). The dirty windows really lowered my review of this ship/service. Some excursions wonderful, others very, very over crowded. They need to do a much better job for the $$$$.

Cabin BC

Excellent cabin, good location. Needs more outlets, they all do.

Port Reviews

Glacier Bay

Trip through Glacier Bay was wonderful. Rangers on board to answer questions. Very, very nice.

Seward

Docked near a tidal flood area. Lots of eagles. Free shuttle into Seward was wonderful.

Vancouver

Took bus tour on return. Airport drop off. Not very good.
