I have been cruising on Norwegian every year for more than 7 years to Bermuda from Boston.
On August 5th 2016 we had two major problems with our cruise.
1.) The air conditioning in our stateroom was not working properly.

Cabin was clean but air conditioning was not working properly in stateroom and when it was reported on the first day of cruise, it was never fixed properly and stayed warm throughout the 7 days.
