For the Itinerary and had cruise twice before with RC and could not complain but this cruise was not up to RC high standards. Being gold class and we had private transfer we were at the ship 1 hour after landing that was fab. Our embarkation was quick and very smooth we were in windjammer by 12.50 havin our lunch. Our room attendant was fab always had our room clean and loved the animal towels every night, but it all went down hill from there. I had pre booked our dinner times for 5 nights in the Aquarius dining room for 7pm on line with RC and the other 2 nights I booked Chops Grill and Giovanni's. On the first night in dining room the gentleman could not find our booking so end up sending us down to the other dining room and told us we had to have that vacated in 1 hours time not impressed as you get 2 hour dining time, our meal was rushed to us also I order a bottle of wine both my husband and I only had 1 glass each out of the bottle they said they would put it aside for next night and it wasn't cheap either $58.00. We went to the guest service to complain the next day but it was like she couldn't careless the next night week for dinner again table was ready for us we asked for our wine which the waiter went down to get and next thing the head waiter was at our table with new bottle of wine so we thought they could not find our bottle but lucky for me the next day I went to get a print out of our account and found they had charge me for 2 bottles so the nice lady thank god at guest service had it taken off my bill also there was a message on my phone in room to apologise for the mistake and the 2 glasses I had from the first night were complimentary well if they thought I was going to pay for them 2 glasses they would have had to sing for it as it was there mistake and No I don't pay by credit card I pay cash. The pool area was terrible couldn't get into for uncontrollable teenagers and children and no chance of getting into spa God knows where there parents were. Believe me we were not the only ones complaining there were loads on board doing the same I felt the pool attendance should have gone and spoken to the Captain As it was the same teenagers and children they were telling off everyday never again will I get on this ship or any other ship that does not have adults out door pool or spa only I have learnt my lesson big time.Entertainment was ok but nothing to Rave about, poolside bar service by the staff who worked behind the bar was top service thanks to them guys one of our tipping envelopes went to a young lady behind hat bar who could not do enough for you,ports of call were great except for our last port Kotor but I just stayed on board and enjoy the piece and quiet by the pool my favourite port has to be Santorini omg what a beautiful place would go back and Venice loved cruising out and but into Venice do not miss it if you do this cruise it's a must. Ask if I would cruise on this ship again never I will stay with the bigger ship. Thanks to our Room attendant who was the second person to get the second tipping envelope you were fab.
