Disappointed felt standards had slipped from previous cruise.
Dress standards had been lowered people with jeans and t shirts allowed into grand dining room. Food also in grand dining room below expectations sent back 2 meals on the same night. Next table also sent back meals as well! Shower was not clean and had to ask for the mildew to be removed from base. Carpet also needed cleaning. As I have a dietary problem requested gluten free breads one morning it took over 30 minutes to get then it was only toasted one side. Some staff members went out of their way especially Brandon Haylock.
Staff seemed more indifferent and under pressure than on previous cruise.
