This was an amazing experience, from beginning to end. The Viking Sea is a beautiful vessel. The staff and crew were incredible, attentive, smiling, helpful. When we had questions or comments, they were always received and answered.The dining was some of the best we have ever experienced. We celebrated our anniversary in one of the special restaurants, and were treated with special treats and singing! The entertainment was first-rate, ambitious, varied, enjoyable, professional - as was the staging. Daily information sessions provided excellent background to the next-day's activities and port calls. Special presentations on history, music, art, architecture were enriching. There were also small discussion group opportunities. The amenities were first-rate. The size of the ship was just right for us, not too large and not too small. The ship was filled with music, from night-club to classical trios. Shore excursions were incredible, with motivated and informative guides. We packed a life-time of new travel experiences into these several weeks. I would recommend this Viking experience to anyone in a heart-beat!
