I am being generous. We had all sorts of issues, starting with my booking 21 family member from 9 yrs old to 79 years old, all of whom had free wine from our travel agent. She bought the cheapest red and they were out of it the entire cruise. Instead of substituting their next cheapest, the dining room insisted on charging all of us the difference. Not our fault they were out. At any rate, our cabin was the only one where we did not have to pay but it was annoying for days as the financial folks did not talk to the dining room. We would never sail on Ruby again.
Food was OK.
Our family cruises had been on Carnival ships which everyone loved. I cannot remember why I did not book us on Carnival again. No one was really happy with Ruby by comparison. We all knew there would be no entertainment in the dining room but the waiters were not as amiable as those on Carnival. There was no card room at all and a very minimal library. We did not expect water slides so really having a heated pool was good and not common.
Cabin was fine. No window was fine also. Obviously not a wow. Cabin boy needed reminding from time to time as he would forget what he promised. He also had no idea how to do towel animals whereas others did them. Our group was split between two cabin boys and my husband and I got the slacker.
Cute town. Had lunch.
Beautiful city but raining and really dumb to arrive at night. No one went to Buchart but that would have been great had the weather been better. Couldn't the power of Princess and other ship companies compel the Provincial Museum to open up? Guess not.
