We had two rooms. We cruised once before on Celebrity, so we compared with that experience. Biggest complaint was the staff. They were going through the motions and obviously did not have any company wide emphasis on hospitality and customer service. Almost everyone there seemed they hated their job and avoided dealing with customers and even complained to us about certain nationalities and about how bad their pay was. I compare this with Celebrity, who obviously have a corporate focus on and extensive training on hospitality. Celebrity clearly had much higher hiring standards. Makes a HUGE difference.

We have a young family. We probably should have just rented a car for the day and explored on our own and hired guides at the locations. Too much time in the vans/buses. This trip did end up working well for us because of the price, we were able to book two state rooms one of kids and one for adults.

There were no good food options. Just mass produced buffet style. I had one good meal when I paid an extra 25 euros of the lobster and filet. Surprisingly good. The food we ate during the shore excursions was so good, I stopped eating on the boat.

Cabins were decent, if not a little tired. Bathroom smelled like cleaning chemicals that often wafted into the rest of the cabin.
