I was very disappointed with the cruise! We previously had been on the Oasis for 44 days. The Menu was very limited with NO cold soups and limited salads. Room Service was inconsistent. Sometime good coffee and sometimes sludge. Sometimes we got what we ordered and sometimes NOT. We did not know that the Diamond lounge had closed on deck 4 and reopened combined with the Concierge Lounge on deck 11.We did not receive our normal Amenities. A plate of 4 Chocolate Strawberries is it. I was quarantined to my cabin for a couple of days and when finally released, I could not get off the ship in Jamaica due to a miscommunication. The entertainment was great, especially Cats! The Comedy Club acts were fantastic, except for the Headliner named Kennedy who was just horrible. We had a Jr. Suite on the 7th deck and it was amazing. Being in a Jr. Suite gave us the ability to eat dinner in the Coastal Kitchen and we really enjoyed it. The suite and Pinnacle lounge is really nice and it would be nice if Diamond Plus cruisers were allowed usage of this facility.
