Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony 2A

Our first cruise with Celebrity, and it will definitely not be our last! We chose this cruise based upon the recommendation of our travel agent! We determining factor was the price, perks and itinerary! It was also important that it was recently refurbished! The ship did not disappoint! Food was excellent, however, it lacked a deli option for a simple soup and sandwich! Loved the Martini Bar, Milo, the entertainment and activities! The outdoor patio area with comfortable patio furniture for viewing the Olympics on the big screen television on Deck 12/aft was an awesome experience! Had the weather been warmer, we would of enjoyed this option more often. We booked two ocean view cabins (2146 and 2150) which proved to be in an excellent location! Cabins were compact, however, this was a port intensive itinerary so the location proved to be an added value due to its easy access to elevators and convenience at ports!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony 2A

Cabin 2A

Our cabin location was perfect! The cabin was small with limited storage, however, the deep window ledge became a life saver for storage of items that would otherwise sit on a larger counter top or in deeper cabinets! The shower curtain vs an enclosed stall and no bath wash/shampoo dispenser was a first. Yet, having a night light in the bathroom was a much appreciated feature! Again, little or no storage space in the bathroom - two small glass shelves in the corner and space under the sink was only about "6 deep.
