Wife wanted to cruise on this particular ship. The embarkation process went very smoothly and quickly, curb to ship in about 20 minutes. Luggage was delivered to our cabin within 3 hours. Ship is in very good condition and well maintained. Food was very good, we tend to use the buffet for most meals. Went to dining room 1st night, service was slower than we like, so went to buffet for all remaining meals, good selection, high quality and taste. Had a balcony cabin overlooking Central Park, deck 10 mid-ship, too much noise from the pools at times but nothing really bothersome. Cabin service was great, timely and unobtrusive. Entertainment on board was very good (we didn't care for CATS), but the ice show was excellent. Other activities were very good with good access and mostly short lines. Never felt crowded on this ship anymore than any other ship even though it's so big and carries so many passengers. This cruise deviated from the intended itinerary due to a "medical emergency" and weather, but that's the risk of cruising in late August. Substituted San Juan for St. Thomas and Labadee for St. Kitts. Labadee is really great if you are a beach person, plenty of activities, great water/beaches and good food service. Also some shopping opportunities. End of cruise debarkation process was much better than I expected. Overall Royal Caribbean is doing a great job on this ship, great staff, great service, culture focused on the guests and their needs. Had the usual shopping opportunities, which at times are annoying (at least to me).
Nicely laid out, good storage, very clean and well maintained. Multiple 110volt electrical outlet, good lighting, bedding was very comfortable.
Nice clean city, easy to get around, good selection of hotels/motels to fit every budget.
Been to Nassau many times, not much there for me. Some shopping but nothing special.
Great beach experience with multiple activities.
Not much there of interest. Large police presence in tourist area, makes you wonder about the rest of the city/country.
