Our experience on the Escape was very mediocre. I did like the new ship but was expecting to see something other than the same Norweigan Breakaway. I wasn't impressed with the entertainment onboard. The bed was very uncomfortable. Embarking was very smooth. The food was okay. Overall we were not wowed. The price of the cabin was very reasonable and staff was awesome. The free wifi pckg was ideal and the internet department was awesome. I did not like the fact that if a refund needed to be issued one would have to wait until the cruise ended and the refund was not posted until 120 days after the cruise. The port Miami was beautiful and using super shuttle was a seemless process but it is imperative that you have your itinerary in order prior to using the service. The efficiency is impeccable. The ship is beautiful and I will try for a different room but originally I was not impressed but I do love cruising and Norweigan is still tops.
