Trip was for Granddaughter to see some highlights of Europe... Especially of Barcelona, Florence, Rome and Naples.

The staff for the most part was quite good. Loved the concierge in the Diamond Lounge, our cabin steward and our waiters.

Had a 2+ hour wait in line to get to see a member of the Guest Relations staff. In calling for a wake-up call, had often a 5 to 10 minute wait to speak to someone. One morning no wake-up call was given although requested.

Cabin Review

Central Park View Stateroom with Balcony

Missed the triangular cabinets beside mirror over desk. Bedside tables were only 6" wide with no drawer, a distinct disadvantage. Did not like the magnetic picture over bed but that is just a matter of taste. No major drawbacks but certainly not exceptional. Would have liked 2 enclosed side cabinets in bathroom as in Radiance class. Certainly would like additional shelf space. For a 7 day cruise it was almost passible for a longer cruise it would be awful.
