This is our 4th cruise second time with NCL I'm writing this review because I was disappointed with certain things:
1)Room with a balcony is what we thought we was having,no it was a extended port hole which was not nice at all, it felt you was in a tunnel very noisy, our room was at the front of the ship on the 9th floor, I think you should be told this is what you are getting. And it was not very clean.
2)Every time we docked the cabin shook and everything in the cabin would fall off off the tops crashing on the floor, nice wake up call at 6am or earlier when you are on holiday.

Very noisy with our items cashing onto the floor bed shaking the cabin did not have a balcony it was a extended port hole this needs to be mention when you book.
