Britannia Cruise Review by GillCC
The Ship ok, food average at best. Buffet at. Lunchtime very limited. Drinks good value. Shore excursions team lacked knowledge on ports. I wanted to visit the bridge at Gexto but they said it was over the other side of Bilbao however we could see it from the ship. However in the end wheelchair users were not allowed off the ship! Wheelchair users subjected to mobility assessment to use tenders. Entertainment variable - very good Annie Lennox tribute. Seats in theatre VERY narrow. Only 2 jacuzzi for 4000 passengers and always full of kids. Serenity pool nice but wheelchair users had to book a specific time in advance to use hoist -- very poor. Passengers generally young, lots of children who were. Not being supervised. Very poor lift etiquette - people actually jumping over the scooter to get in lift before me. People shutting lift doors in my face - so rude. embarkation was a shambles but disembarkation was very good.
