Traveled with children

My husband and I cruised with our adult children and 2 grandchildren. Nice time but, on day 2, my daughter and her friend were getting ready for Formal Night and dirty water started pouring from the light fixture over their beds. The desk was called. No response. I personally went down and asked them to do something quickly because the beds were getting wet and the trash cans were overflowing with water and we couldn't empty them quick enough. No response. Finally I got back on the phone and demanded someone immediately. They finally arrived. The problem was fixed, but not even an apology for our inconvenience. Also, one night during Karaoke, a woman fell by the stage and broke her leg and was moaning in pain waiting for medical attention and the staff never even stopped the show. The people singing and dancing were practically stepping on her. I was embarrassed for her. The outdoor movie selection was inappropriate for children. It was an 8 o'clock show and many families were sitting by the pool. The main bathrooms (especially the ladies room)reeked of urine. I feel as though they were not cleaned regularly.

This was my 16th cruise and I kind of felt like Royal Caribbean was a little off their game this time around.
