With this being our first cruise we were a little skeptical due to reviews that we read but once we finished with the check in, going through security, and boarded the ship we noticed 2 things 1. The ship was beautiful even if it was out dated, and 2. All the negative reviews were either people who had a bad time for their own reason or were just impatient. The whole time we were on the cruise all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our porter was really nice, the cabin steward Poespo "Po" was just as sweet as could be, Our waiters at the Imagination dinning were so pleasant and very funny, (request the seating area of Khemchai or Danilo they will make you laugh, and keep the drinks and food coming no matter what you want!! As far as dessert goes get the Warm chocolate melting cake with icecream It's devine). Every time we went to the bar for a drink from our bottomless bubble we were served with a smile and within seconds of sitting at the bar. Our favorite bartenders on the Lido deck were Allen, Rolly, and "Big Daddy". They know how to mix a drink as well as knowing what you want when you go there.
