The Cabin: Air conditioning only cool the room to 75 degree with no one in the room. I had 2 specialist check on air conditioning and one brought me a small fan and told me this was all they could do for us. They would not even consider moving us to another room. Beds hard as the floor. The room attendant would not keep ice bucket full in room at all. I had to ask each time to get fresh ice.

Some of the food servers were rude and if you could not understand them " OH WELL " My family has cruise other ships and we all agree we WILL NEVER cruise the Triumph again. The food was maybe a 2.5 to 3 star period. They should have something else besides pizza at late nigh eating. What is up with no lobster tail being serve on anything less than 7 night cruises. You can buy one for 20 dollars really.

We waited almost 30 minutes to get off the boat at first stop due to photographers wanting to take pictures with everyone exiting the boat. The Casino staff acted rude if they had to explain a game. My son just turn 21 2 months before cruise date and only played black jack one time before at Tunicas Ms. The black Jack dealer allowed the other guest to make rude comments to my son supposedly there is unwritten rules about when to take a card or not to take one. The dealer explain at Tunicas he just turn 21 first time player let help him out and he had a great time at the table. The dealer on the cruise ship just stood there and allowed him to almost being lynched from the crowd knowing he just turn 21 and only played one time before. Which by the way all he said after 3 hour of play when leaving the table was Well I Will Take My 300 Dollars WINNINGS and go have a drink or two. PRICELESS.
