We took a family trip and we had heard RCI was an excellent cruise line. We were a party of 12 with 4 rooms so a lot of money was spent and wasted. They found ways to charge for everything and everyone was always asking for tips even after tips were given. Our dinning table was pieced together with plywood on top so several had to eat on a tilt every night. They destroyed 3 pieces of luggage, and acted as if it was our fault. The shore excursions were less than the quality we have experience with another cruse line. However the worse was how they assisted their "guarantee stores" in ripping you off, which happened to us. Then they did not help a resolution or respond to request for assistance. Total waste of money and will never sail with them again. Plus the food was cold, small portions, and overall poor quality. The pools were overcrowded and the adult pool looked like a Grecian Bath with dirty water. Then their was fecal matter on the side of the kids pool, (however once that was pointed out they did close that pool.) The whole experience was just awful.
