This ship is in need of some TLC particularly to the outside public space. The pool had such a dark brown ring around it it just looked uninviting, even during the hot weather.
Management appeared disorganised, for example, when 1 of the 2 tenders went out of service, passengers had to wait for long periods to disembark, there was no contingency plan for such an occurance. Due to very bad weather on a sea day many passengers spent 36 hours in their cabins - only one public announcement was made. It would not have been too much effort on the part of management to make periodic announcements to reassure those passengers stuck in their cabins.
On a positive note, the cabin and restaurant staff were great and the food was quite good and it was definitely a plus to be on a small vessel. Hope that Windstar can fix the issues because this, small ship concept is needed in the cruise industry.
Very spacious and great cabin staff
