The reception desk clerk was rude when we complained about the cabin during embarkation, she stated that it's only for sleeping and the other clerk said that's what you paid for, $5,300 including taxes for an inside quad cabin with 3 beds only and unable to put our luggages under the bed. They're going to put a cot in between the 2 beds to make us no space to move around,as they applied that they were approved by the American federation safety regulation. We waited for 6 hours for them to show us another quad room, we we're stressed already from flying in and then from arguing with the clerk. No comfort at all except for our cabin housekeeper that was very good and accommodating.
The food at Versailles was no extraordinary and sometimes the service was sloppy since they tend to forget stuff and menu was redundant and you'll have to pay extra $ for a rib eye steak or lobster. The Aqua dining area was so ordinary looking liked a cafeteria dining area. We had to sucked up for 9 days for the comfort of what we paid for. Breakfast buffet was the same menu daily. I've been a cruiser 15x that me and my friends will never sail Norwegian cruise line again. Public toilets wouldn't flushed and disgusting. The only consolation was their very good entertainment and the shore excursions. You can't even use the lap pool for free, had to pay.
Not fit for 4 adult people, no safety features to put a cot in between 2 beds, no space to put 4 luggages, the cot looked like a cheap cot from a cheap ship.
Beautiful city and medieval palaces, churches, very accessible going around.
Very accessible and you can hop in and off.
Small city and you skip this place.
Accessible and beautiful city with history.
